- Set Up and Tear Down (Friday Morning before Mayfest and Sunday after 10:30 Mass)

- A Taste of the Southside (Grillers, Food Booths, Food Prep, Gym Tear Down in the evening)
- KidZone (Games, Prize Station, Bounces, and Rock Wall)
- Monte Carlo and Gaming (must be 21+)
- Beer Garden (Must be 21+)
