Mrs. Jennifer Kelly runs our Resource department. She works through Perry Township, and we are lucky to have her here at St. Roch every day!

Our resource department provides support and services to students who require additional assistance with their academic, social, or emotional development.

The Resource staff collaborates closely with homeroom classroom teachers, administrators, and parents to develop individualized education plans for students. These plans outline specific goals, accommodations, and strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of the students.

Services offered by the department include:

  • Individualized Instruction - one-on-one or small group instruction to students, focusing on specific learning needs and goals
  • Accommodations and Modifications - students are provided with appropriate accommodations to support either learning, such as time on exams, assistive technology, or personalized learning materials
  • Behavioral support - strategies and interventions to help students develop social and emotional skills, fostering positive behavior and a conducive learning environment

By providing a comprehensive range of services and support, our Resource team aims to empower students to reach their full potential academically, socially, and spiritually, while fostering an inclusive and compassionate learning community within St. Roch.
